Director of Therapy Services

Jennifer Pimentel graduated from Quinnipiac College in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences, followed by a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University in 2001. She also became a NATABOC certified athletic trainer in 1999 and a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) while working as a graduate assistant in the athletic training room at Quinnipiac. After spending four years treating patients in orthopedics, she went on to study at Boston University and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2005.

Jennifer has a special certification for evaluation and treatment of spinal disc by the McKenzie Institute, which is pertinent to treating patients with a variety of lower back and neck diagnoses. Her special interests lie in the treatment of orthopedic problems specifically in relation to the spine, sports related injuries and post surgical rehabilitation.

She enjoys yoga, snowboarding and kayaking.
